..........This website is a result of the 2009 Regional foster Care Conference held on April 22 – 24, 2009 on Sint Maarten, as a means to promote foster care in the region and to continue the cooperation between foster care and child protection agencies and professionals in the regions.
The CAFCO is a Caribbean network in the area of foster care which aims towards the cooperation and networking in the broadest sense, between the participants of the 2009 Regional foster Care Conference in Sint Maarten , Netherlands Antilles .
